The set with a model of the German steam locomotive DR BR 52 / Ty2 from the period of World War II is part of the brand new "Trains" collection in the COBI offer. The construction of the model faithfully reproduces the body, proportions and details of the legendary steam locomotive, which is probably the most popular among all railway enthusiasts. The special 2 in 1 edition contains two different sets of additional bricks that allow you to build a model of the German locomotive DR BR 52 with German markings from World War II or a locomotive with Polish markings of the Polish State Railways from the post-war period of the Polish People's Republic. In addition to bricks with various symbols, numbering and markings, the set also includes larger front and rear lamps for the Polish construction, selected bricks in different colors and also two different figures: a German engine driver from World War II and a Polish engine driver in a post-war PKP uniform with the characteristic national emblem - the Polish eagle without the royal crown. In addition to various details such as symbols, numbering and markings, the 1:35 scale locomotive model has numerous "alarm clock" prints inside the locomotive engine room. Thanks to the easily removable engine room roof, you can look inside to see the faithfully reproduced details of the equipment used to drive the vehicle. Note also such a detail as the imitation of burning coal in the firebox! Just like in a real steam locomotive, the entire wheel mechanism is coupled so that it moves simultaneously. Inside the model are gears forming a complex mechanism ensuring realistic movement of the wheels and the entire drive. Just gently push the model to make the entire system move. Up to four different wheel designs in the locomotive, some of which have rims for moving on rails, allow you to overcome curves with a gradient of R88. It is worth noting that the model is fully compatible, i.e. fits on tracks of other brands of building kits. The
