Returns Policy
WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT BY THE CONSUMER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS
Purchased goods can, under the Civil Code, be returned without stating any reason within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods in accordance with the Purchase and Return Policy. Goods can be returned under the following conditions:
- The goods must be unused and undamaged
- The goods must be in the original packaging
- The goods must be sent back along with all proof of purchase to our address
- Returns are not excluded by law
Shipments which are sent back by cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted by our company for obvious reasons.
